The production line of Rongtaimould own the LGMazak CNC Lathe, LGMazak Vertical Machining Center, GunDrill machine from British Hammond, and CNC Carver. Rongtai Mould own Automatic Plasma spray welding euuipment researched and developed by American STELLITE company, and Italy COMMERSALD PTA Welding machine.The Plasma spray welding with profile modelingoriented process,the thickness of welding  is 1.01.5MM, which is applied to all Cast Iron and Bronze alloy mould parts. Currently our Plasma spray welding process can perfectly finish the full Cavity Welding of Blow mould amp Blank mould that capacity less than 300ML, which greatly improves the quality of the glass products and reduces the production coat for customers.

The strong hardware support of science and technology lays a solid foundation for the production and processing of moulds and the security of the production capacity for Rongtai Mould .

Rongtai own an excellent Designteam. For moulddesigning, by using CAXA , CAD , International advanced Delcam 3D software and PressBlow design software which researched amp developed by Rongtai. With high speed internal LAN for Data transfer applied to Designing, Modeling, Programming and Digital processing center, which highy improves the efficiency of mould Design and Processing.

The production process of Rongtai Mould adopts the latest medium frequency induction furnace and mature metallurgical technology. The mould products of new materials can be developed according to the need of the users: such as mould of 96A material which is applicable to the DG high speed IS MACHINE and Q3 material.

Rongtai Mould with invest new spectrograph inspection equipment and metallographic analysis and hardness tester, the chemical elements and casting quality for cast iron and silicon bronze are strictly controlled during production. Rongtai could ensure the stability of our casting, make casting with high antioxidation, hot deformation resistance and abrasive resistance.

The mould capacity inspection equipment introduced from France SONICAM company, its especially applied to NNPB moulds inspection. The strict inspection makes the moulds quality security as the norm of Rongtai Mould.
