Jincang uses the counter thrust from air compression to increase the water feeder pressure and realize the water supply. The water pump compresses water back to the tank through check valve when the water enters the tank, the air in the tank will be compressed and cause pressure inside the tank. The increasing air pressure inside the tank transfers the water in the tank to the designated height and distance for customers the water enters the public pipe network for separation household utilization. When the pressure reaches the reasonable required amount, the controller will automatically disconnect the power then, the water pump will stop operation the check valve will be close. However, Jincang can still supply water in a normal way.
Due to the consumption of water, the storage water in tank is reduced, which will lower the corresponding pressure. When the pressure is reduced to the lower limit position of pressure gage, the controller will connect the power then, the water pump will be restarted the check valve will be open, and compress the water back to the tank again. In this way, the water pump works intermittently, and realizes the fullyautomatic nontower water supply. The waterpump intermittent operation can save 2060 of electric power than that of variablefrequency water supply when producing the same effects.
