十年磨砺，蔚然大观。现如今，皖液液压已建有合肥市经济开发区和肥西紫蓬镇两个厂区 ,25000平米厂房，拥有大型数控及加工中心300多台套，齿轮加工设备50多台套，年产齿轮泵和齿轮马达35万台套，产值达1.8亿。

After great efforts in the last decade, Wanye has made great achievements. At present, Wanye has built two factories respectively in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone and Zipeng Town, Feixi County. With 25,000-square meter factory buildings, Wanye has more than 300 numerical control and processing centers and over 50 set of gear processing equipment. Wanye can produce 350,000 gear pumps and gear motors annually, with the annual output value of 180 million yuan.

皖液液压生产线按单元化设计布置，基本实现全自动化生产。齿轮精度稳定控制在7级以上，保障了所有产品的高容积效率和低噪音，一次试验不合格率低于千分之一。

Wanye adopts modular design and arrangement for its production lines and realizes full-automatic production basically. The gear accuracy is stably controlled above the grade 7, which guarantees the high-volume efficiency and low noise of all products. And less than 1‰ of products are not up to standard in primary tests.

研发创新是核心竞争力，人才培养是持续发展基石。皖液液压研发人员占比高达15%，并组建第一研究所，专研泵和马达技术。

R&D and innovation represent the core competitiveness; personnel training is the cornerstone of sustainable development. In Wanye, 15% of the employees are R&D personnel, and the first research institute has been organized and set up to focus on research of pump and motor technologies.

目前研究所已拥有三维扫描仪、拉伸测试机、三坐标检测中心、齿轮测量中心、盐雾试验机、泵、马达数字化测试台、四轴加工中心、图形工作站等研发试验设备。为保障持续研发能力，皖液液压每年投入销售收入的5～6%作为研发专款，用于购置研发设备和交流引进人才。

Now, the research institute has 3D scanners, tensile testing machines, 3-coordinate testing centers, gear measurement centers, salt spray testers, digital pump and motor test benches, four-axis processing centers, graphic workstations and other R&D and testing equipment. In order to guarantee its sustainable R&D ability, Wanye invests 5-6% of its sales revenue in research and development every year to purchase R&D facilities and introduce in talents.

The integrated motor of the JCMD series is specially designed for air-conditioning systems and air cooling systems of various engineering vehicles. The motor has a pressure control valve and a flow control valve, and adapts to hydraulic systems of engineering vehicles through innovative design. It can realize automatic adjustment according to preset temperatures and achieve automatic temperature control, which is a domestic innovative technology.
