The latest factory completed and put into operation in 2018 is located in the Rubber Industrial Park in Rayong, Thailand.The project used the latest ideas and technology in order to be the best of the tire industry. From the starting to the first tire off the line, It took only 8 months. The construction of this project had created a number of records in the industry. The Huayi Thailand factory has become one of the most advanced intelligent manufacturing plant.

The factory uses the most advanced production equipment and technology, for example, “RSATS”,“ASCWS”,“LT&OSMS”,“BA on-line” are all the newest system. All of these provide a high accuracy, improve product quality, and achieve high production efficiency.The uniformity,out-of-roundness and dynamic balance all perform well.

Factory uses “4S+4T+1AGV+1MES”system, this makes the entire factory production highly automated and intelligent.

In the factory, MES controls all production equipments, storage system, transportation system and AGV system. All of these systems are integrated with SAP, so these make our factory become the most intelligent in tire industry.

Compared with traditional factories, the efficiency is greatly improved and the product quality is stable and reliable.

DoubleCoin uses the newest inspection instruments and advanced detecting techniques in order to make sure that every tire sold meets the requirements of quality.  

Each tire has to be checked before leaving the factory. Inspection includes appearance, uniformity, out-of-roundness and dynamic balance at the same time on line.

Factory uses “LMM” technology to give every tire a ID number on line. This new technology can make factory to trace and record every tire any time, so we can give good service to our customers.

DoubleCoin has own tyre& rubber research insititute and a group of experienced specialists. We do a big investment for R&D every year.

We carry out more than 100 technical research projects each year, and within each year our institute is awarded by the industry and state.
