TSEBO：

Tsebo中标后提前3个月成立“项目接管组”，先后投入26人次，30+次合同条款专项会议沟通，双方在战略合作、绩效牵引、合同履行等多方面达成高度共识，保障了切换期的平稳过渡，并实现基于IT系统和客服平台全连接的物业服务管理。入场3个月，物业满意度从79.6%提升到86.2%。

埃顿

埃顿为华为越南、老挝、缅甸三个国家提供IFM服务。总部高度重视，COE团队在接管前期和运营阶段多次到现场给予针对性指导和支持，并组织三个国家之间相互学习和帮扶，持续提升服务质量；公司注重人才培养，现场驻场团队人员稳定、执行力强、响应速度快。三个国家的服务一致性较高，得到了当地华为的高度认可，其中越南和老挝在东南亚地区部满意度调查中连续4个季度排名靠前。

Sodexo:

After two years of running-in and practice, Sodexo Malaysia team and Huawei local administration team continue to improve IFM operation quality together. By optimizing contract terms, satisfaction management and incentive mechanism, Sodexo on-site team was effectively stimulated to take initiatives and continue to provide customers with heartfelt services. Satisfaction increased from the initial 80% to 90% and remained above 90% for a long term, setting a good example for global satisfaction management.

TSEBO:

Tsebo established “Project Takeover Team” three months in advance after winning the bid, and has invested 26 people in more than 30 times’ communications on contract terms. The two parties reached a high level of consensus on strategic cooperation, performance-based incentives and contract fulfillment, which guaranteed smooth operation during transition period and achieved fully-connected facility management based on IT system and customer service platform. Satisfaction increased from 79.6% to 86.2% after 3 months’ operation.

ADEN

ADEN provides IFM services for Huawei in Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. ADEN HQ attaches great importance to the cooperation. The COE team has given targeted guidance and support on site during early transition and operation phase and organized the three countries to learn from and help each other, which help to continuously improve performance. ADEN also paid a lot of attention to talent training. The on-site team is very stable, has strong execution ability and give response quickly. The service consistency among the three countries is relatively high and has been highly recognized by local Huawei team. Vietnam and Laos ranked the top in the four consecutive quarter during the satisfaction survey of Southeast Asia region.

In recognition of the outstanding performance of these teams, SODEXO Malaysia team was awarded the Excellence in Facility Management Operations Award; ADEN, Vietnam, Myanmar & Laos teams were awarded the Excellence in Facility Management Operations Award; TSEBO South Africa team was awarded the Excellence in Facility Transition Award.
