With the help of intelligent storage cabinets and automated guided vehicle, the integration and automation of material access and handling are realized.             The system realizes real-time collection, tracking and warning for production and quality data, to prevent and correct errors, and generates BI reports online.           T-IoT has completed collected nearly 7,000 items of information for various types of equipment, and the amount of data is 10,000 pieces per second. An equipment on-line management platform has been established, and the daily activity of users is more than 95%. The predictive maintenance could optimize the equipment performance and reduce failure rate by 40%.
